For parents, it can be upsetting and frightening to have feelings about parenthood that don’t seem “right.”
For some parents, a morning run, a healthy diet, and receiving help and support from family and friends are sufficient enough to get through the challenging times as a parent. Often a parent finds it difficult to navigate the process of maintaining the positive parenting methods they have taken from their family of origin, while also avoiding the pitfalls of negative aspects.
